Suojaisa ja rauhallinen piha. Asunyo oli tilava ja isännät olivat ystävällisiä ja avuliaita.

Tiskikone olisi helpottanut majailua ja television lisävarusteena olisi voinut olla nykyaikainen viihdelaite, jotta oman sisällön katsominen olisi onnistunut.

Proprietario gentile, ma alloggio e servizio deludenti.

Abbiamo usufruito solo 1 notte su 5 prenotate a causa delle condizioni dell’alloggio, non conformi all’annuncio né agli standard di comfort e sicurezza. L’appartamento era freddo, umido e poco pulito. Lenzuola sporche di peli di gatto e muffa, bagni e cucina trascurati; abbiamo dovuto lavare tutto con candeggina. La stufa a pellet non era conforme e produceva odore intenso (da procurarci mal di testa), e la canna fumaria del piano sottostante sfociava vicino alle finestre, rendendo impossibile arieggiare. Inadatto con una bambina di un anno. Non consigliato

Tranquillità del posto.

In uno dei due bagni non c’è la doccia. Inoltre il riscaldamento dello spazio dell Villa riservato agli ospiti non è sufficientemente riscaldato (considerando che abbiamo alloggiato a fine novembre).

The communication with our host was excellent before, during and after our stay. He was very kind and helpful , and even stayed up to greet us when we got in late. The apartment is easy to find with the host’s instructions and google map link. The apartment is spacious , full of light and the garden is very nice. While not newly remodeled, the apartment is very clean and comfortable . The kitchen has much of what you would need ( please note there is no coffee machine) The rooms upstairs are a good size and one has a huge closet. Please note that one room does not have a door , but is simply around a corner so privacy is not an issue. There are two bathrooms ( one upstairs and one downstairs ) with two toilets but only one shower downstairs. We had an issue with one of the house systems and our host took care of it immediately !
