The convenience of the location.

This wasn’t my first time staying at this location but it needs some repairs. The closest door was broke and other things in the unit were broken. I reached out for repairs and they literally came and tried to use scotch tape to fix the closet door which clearly did not fix the issue. The closet door creates a safety risk when trying to get out the bathroom because it blocks exit and entry. There were other things broken in the unit. It needs serious repair especially for the cost.

Toilet was noisy.

The location is excellent—right on Ocean Drive, in the heart of South Beach. I also want to highlight the friendliness and helpful attitude of the Front Desk staff, who were consistently kind and attentive. Communication with the property owner was also quick and courteous throughout my stay. I appreciate his willingness to send someone to repair the issues as soon as they were reported

Unfortunately, the experience inside the suite was disappointing. Upon entering, the first thing we noticed was a kitchen drawer hanging off its hinge. I immediately reported it to the owner, who acknowledged the issue and offered to send someone to fix it, but I declined to avoid wasting time during my stay. Shortly after, we discovered another damaged cabinet. The main door lock wasn’t closing properly either. After reporting it, the owner explained how to force the mechanism to make it work—but honestly, that shouldn’t be necessary in a rental property. The sofa bed was also difficult to open, which added unnecessary inconvenience. Additionally, the bathroom next to the kitchen had a broken door lock, compromising privacy, and the toilet seat in the main bathroom was cracked. Overall, the suite does not resemble what is shown in the listing photos. The property urgently needs maintenance and improvements to meet the expectations set by its online presentation.

The location was prefect.

The bathroom was not fully cleaned there were old stains on the appliances in the bathroom. The details stated we would be provided fresh towels after 2 days and they were never provided. A light switch had to be tapped down to stay on. On our last day the battery in the a/c went out so than we were hot.

Only thing it was missing was washer and dryer other than that it had everything I needed.

I asked for balloons for my husband and daughter and they made it happened!

The unit I stayed in was completely outdated. I know this because as a group of friends we had 3 units. The one I was in did have a view of the street (through very dirty windows). There were several holes in the bathroom door and ring around the inside of the toilet. The lighting was very dim throughout the unit. We stayed 3 days never got any housecleaning, towels or refresh with toilet paper. We had to grab a roll out of our friend unit. They had paper towels and extra garbage bags which we didn’t. Overall while in a great location I will likely never stay here or recommend this stay.
