Ok for the price.

Many things made my stay very uncomfortable: - Upon booking, I received the typical message with check-in instructions. Among them was to ask if early check-in was possible. I did, but the man in charge just sent me copy-paste of the same wall text message, this time in italian. - Power outage the first night. - Next day, water comes brown and then it was followed by a cut off. I asked the property, and the same man was very aggressive, shouted to me on the phone and then told me to stop bothering him. This was during low season, so they just don't care about customers since they cannot charge them as much as they do in summer. That's why they have high score.

Logement propre et bien équipé sauf le canapé Situation idéale au coeur du quartier historique. Tous les sites et musées, ainsi que les restaurants et autre commerces sont accessible rapidement à pied. De quoi prendre le petit déjeuné.

Logement assez sombre, bruyant (restaurant en face) et humide (odeur de moisi)... mais j'y étais en mars, c'est peut-être mieux en été? Terrasse au fond d'une cour intérieure avec 3 clims qui font du bruit, c'est mieux que rien mais c'est pas hyper agréable. Quand à la vue sur le jardin je la cherche encore... Prix pas clairs : Nous avions choisi ce logement pour les 2 chambres annoncées mais une fois la réservation effectuée et non annulable, si vous ne lisez pas les messages de suite, vous ne vous apercevez pas que l'utilisation de la 2de chambre vous coûtera 30 euros de plus par nuit! Du coup pour ne pas avoir un surcout de 120 euros, j'ai du dormir les 4 nuits avec mon compagnon qui ronfle! Je n'ai peut-être pas été assez vigilante mais je ne m'y attendais pas car ce cas de figure ne m'était jamais arrivé! En arrivant vous devez envoyer un selfi de vous devant la porte pour avoir le code d'accès?? J'ai pas compris mais en tous cas pas question d'arriver après 21h sinon vous devrez payer 30 euros de plus!

Everything was great. Fully established. The little patio at the Bach is perfect. Gilberto was very helpful.

We were two friends and rented the apartment because of the 2 bedrooms BUT we were informed the day of the departure that because we used both bedrooms we should pay €30 additional for every night. I am a world traveler and it’s the first time I hear this. They insisted it’s mentioned in booking.com or they thought it did but we searched together and it was nowhere to be found. If while booking we have to go to all small prints through a labyrinth to discover things it creates a huge hustle.

L'ospitalità, la cordialità e la disponibilità del Signor Gilberto, la posizione centrale dell'appartamento. A due passi dal supermercato, intorno ci sono ogni sorta di piccoli ristoranti o locali per ogni esigenza o età. L'appartamento è molto accogliente, colorato e ben rifinito.

Purtroppo non è stato un viaggio di piacere ma di assistenza ospedaliera, mi auguro di tornare per un viaggio di piacere 😊

Walking distance from pisa attractions

1-The place is only reachable by feet . 2-Strong mold smell once you enter the house even if keeping the windows open, kept coughing and feeling difficulty breathing. 3-first day air conditions were not working ,informed the owner he said he will come to fix it once he arrives pisa ..he arrived 2 days later .. unfortunatly 4-oven dirty once opened burnt oil came out. 5-top didnt work ,we wanted to cook ,but plans changed The mold smell need to be really solved out,its not safe for kids or asthmatic ppl at all ...serious problem Others can be fixed by owner ,i hope
