the staff fast respond but actually never take action on my request 😅

the property seem was clean last time when last client stay, so it look like it was empty for quite sometime, we can see that the mattress got some dust and smelly smell in the house due to long leave by owner.

Clean and comfortable

The apartment is clean and nice. The area has many facilities.

No plain water to drink provided..had to buy mineral water..

the facilty they homestay provide is superb and location wise there is a lot of eateris place and convinent store near the homestay and its all walking distance. Surely we will come and stay here on our next trip

good location. Beeautiful nature around there and 30minuts from Genting highlands.

1.The shower water didn’t drain and overflowed (in two locations). In one spot, there was also a water leak from the ceiling, making the plumbing situation extremely unpleasant. 2.There is construction work right in front, and it’s incredibly noisy from around 7 a.m. to about 8 p.m.
