Amazing lady owner. If youre fine with Arts and creativity you'll definetly like surroundings. There is arts studio on first floor, plenty of space in house itself, rooms are spacious. Room has everything you need, good water communications, fine bed, silent at night(!), can work without any issues. Value for price is really great i recommend. Also, locations is very good if you need transport access to different parts of city.

I decided to take a look at another part of the city for a couple of weeks, away from the main beach and it’s many visitors. My host’s gave me such a warm welcome, it was great to meet them and spend time in their home. The apartment is very comfortable and there is so much space to enjoy in the building apart from the room itself, the roof garden is so cool. Very refreshing to be able to explore the neighborhood and experience a very different vibe. After a few days many of the locals figured out I was staying for a while and were also very welcoming. I had lots of impromptu conversations on street corners and on the almost deserted beach, gifts of fruit from complete strangers and good coffee in the many fabulous little cafés that drew me in as I passed by. I really like the My Khe beach area, but I think the city has so much more to offer and if you step away from that, even for only a few days, you will really appreciate how welcoming the Vietnamese people are. I have lived and traveled in the region for many years, Da Nang is such a great place to call home for a while and staying at Căn hộ Suchi will not disappoint.

The apartment is on a quiet street in a residential area that has a few nice restaurants, coffee shops, and markets. The elevator is handy and was never busy. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a hot plate, microwave and nice hot water. The desk and chair are a nice addition and the wifi connection is excellent. There is also a communal terrace to enjoy a coffee.

The bed is hard - mattress topper on a wood frame.

Просторный номер, хорошее местоположение, наличие стиральной машинки и средства для стирки, наличие необходимой посуды для приготовления завтрака, больше ничего.

1. Когда мы заселились, номер был очень грязный, тогда же я сразу и понял зачем на первом этаже мне выжали тапки, полы там мыть не принято. Все полки, журнальный столик, все было в пыли. 2. Постельное белье и полотенца, были не постираны после предыдущих постояльцев, нам пришлось стирать их самостоятельно. 3. Подушки были в ужасном состоянии, кровать очень жесткая, матрас толщиной не более 7 сантиметров, а простынь была настолько старой и протертой, что просто начала рваться под нами во время сна и малейшего движения во сне. Барный столик для обеда был демонтирован, поэтому обедать приходилось по раздельности. 4. Не знаю откуда, но в нашем номере нам приходилось воевать с большими тараканами, размером с арабский финик. Дверь на балкон у нас всегда была закрыто, но они непонятно откуда попадали в номер, возможно из слива в ванной или из вентиляции, это было ужасно, раньше мы с таким никогда не сталкивались. Затем на фотографиях букинга и в перечне удобств проживания мы увидели что есть общая гостиная со столом и фильтром для воды, мы спустились туда что бы осмотреться. Мы спросили, может ли мы из этого фильтра наливать воду в кувшин (который стоял в номере) для того что бы пить, на что слышали резкий отказ. Вам жалко воды из фильтра для ваших постояльцев ? Для вас это ничего не стоит. Вы даже не поставили ни одной бутылки питьевой воды в номер под заезд. Мы путешествуем по Вьетнаму по 5 месяцев в году и проживали в более 100 объектах размещения, проживали с Вьетнамскими семьями, но с таким столкнулись впервые. Стоимость жилья завышена в 2 раза, 550к vnd/сутки - это не должно стоить.

Really nice stay. The host and family were beautiful respectful people. The apartment and building were dotted with colourfull family art on the walls, and they held art classes for the local children, just listening to their joyfullness added to the ambiance of a nice stay. Thank you 😊 🙏
