The dirty bathroom and the water pump rhat broke during our last day stay, dirty kitchen,old villa that needs to be maintain badly.

The location is near to go to PVJ, Ciwalk, Setiabudi Supermarket. It is big and fit easily up to 12 people and we are with 8 people. The admin and helper Mardi response quickly. It has a swimming pool. The wifi was good and fast. The old villa style with a big living room downstair and upstair which suitable for family/gathering. Big carport can fit 3 cars.

Bathroom : all 4 bathrooms was dirty, the floor are wet with water that stayed in every corner of the bathroom, the toilet in the master bedroom upstairs didn't work wel and you have to flushed it sooo many time before it clean. Kitchen : 1 refrigerator didn't work and the other was a small fridge for staying with 8 people and it didn't even work properly and dirty and I asked the helper to clean it again. The kitchen was dirty, i even wash the plates, spoons and glasses before using it. Not enough cooking tools. The stove only 2 that works. It is nor suitable for wheelchair access or old people. The villa is really old and it needs to be maintain.

Location is great

1) Bathroom dirty ,water not good pressure and after showers Bathroom flooded.. 2) facilities not ok for disabled person
