Loved the house! The location was perfect for everywhere that I needed to visit. We took the kids to Fun Spot, Oldtown, Magic Kingdom and Cocoa Beach. Having an onsite pool and game room was a huge success. Loved the amount of towels and beach towels that were available for us. The bedrooms were nice and spacious and we truly enjoyed everything being on one level.

The only downside for me was not knowing ahead of time that the hot tub was a separate charge to be heated. My suggestion would be to make that a sign posted beside the instructions and start button for the jacuzzi jets. Instead we just thought it was broken and wouldn’t heat. I reached out a few days into my stay and they were amazing in getting it working for me but I would love to have known from the beginning so I could have added this feature for our stay the entire time. An inconvenience but didn’t ruin our fun :) The staff was very attentive to my needs and requests. Wonderful management.

"Pleasant"

Had plenty of room

Dog hair through out the house and I have a child that is allergic. No measuring cup or baking sheets in the kitchen . Missing shower door in master bedroom . And most disappointing was that the hot tub didn't heat up .
