Quiet Condo in the Heart of Ballston

Great location. Super clean. Secure building and safe neighborhood. Super comfortable beds. Great overall experience.

The property was close to a metro station in and the accommodations were great… Especially the two bedrooms w/ 3 beds. The area also felt very safe.

I wish we would have a few more towels for our stay. We also could’ve used an extra roll of toilet paper.

communication with hosts could be better - it was unclear whether to use app, WhatsApp, text - I was getting emails/responses from different people saying different things, sometimes hours after asking the question. The app requiring uploading of documents numerous times after I had already sent them in to the email address was burdensome in the middle of traveling.

Location. The space. Very clean.

Very minimal equipment in the kitchen. Nothing to dry the dishes.

Location was great and easy to get to the Metro station. There were several great restaurants around that were decently close to walk to. Everything was very clean and nice from the bathrooms to the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable.

There were no curtains in the bedrooms, just blinds. This made it very difficult to sleep because it was very bright in the rooms. There wasn't very many towels to use that were provided and no wash cloths at all. There was only one towel rack on the other side of the shower which meant there was no where to hang your towel and get to it when you got out of the shower. One of the bedroom tv's was set to Spanish and we could not use it. In the bedroom with two queen beds there is no light. There is a small light on the table but it doesn't work with the light switch.
