Lovely, with all the facilities you might need.

There is no Wi-Fi, and barely any mobile signal or data signal. This is a regional problem though, it's true for most of the village.

Filetto, at the top of Villafranca in Lunigiana, is a tiny enclaved 13thC town and very different to the modern town below. Alberta's casa dei quadri is perfect to explore this wonderful treasure. Her place is very old but has been modernised inside really well with, great facilities and a ery comfy bed.

All good. We are travelling by bike and this property is located up a shallow external stairway, so it was a bit difficult to carry them up there. We left them locked up in the street below with our bags left on them overnight. It is such a quiet place we felt they were safe there.

Fantastic location especially when walking the via Francigena. Our stay was helped by a very lovely community. The apartment was comfortable and was just what we needed.

An absolute Gem, a fabulous one bedroom apartment located in a typical Italian village, the apartment was everything we could have hoped for and was equipped with everything you need. We stayed for 8 nights and wished it could have been more. Key collection worked perfectly and parking is a few steps away. The village has a restaurant and bar both of which are excellent. We have stayed in many places in this area but this has to be one of our favourites 10 out of 10. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to the area.

Alberta was fabulous at meeting me and showing me to the accommodation, the apartment was neat, exceptionally clean, and well supplied. The location was perfect and had restaurants within walking distance.

There was nothing to dislike.

Quiet and generally well equipped. The village of Filetto is charming.

The kitchen is quite small. Towels were a bit threadbare.
