Nice cozy garden, there are several windows in room and stay at wooden house is more unique then in concrete walls. Close to main street where pepito and cafes are located.

1. Staff don't speak English 2. There were problems with electricity in rooms. But garden lights were working. I was told by the neighbors who also stayed in guesthouse that the problem is in all area, but I don't believe it's true, because other buildings around had lights and even the guesthouse's garden had it. Problem was exactly with room electricity supply. It was very hard to get the information, because staff doesn't speak English. Someone also shouted impolitely on me, when staff gave me his mobile because that person speaks English and could explain what's happened. Unclear situation made me to go outside and sit several ours in nearby cafe without electrical problems, because I had to use my laptop. Next morning I realized that there isnt a hot water in shower, because gas balloon which heats the water is empty, unless it was my first question to staff when he showed me my room - he confirmed that all is ok with hot water in shower. So if you have time and you are OK to sit several hours without electricity, don't need hot water and don't mind that in case of problem you can't communicate with staff because of the language barrier, you are welcome to the guesthouse.

Good location

Not clean! There were dead ants and hair in the bed, some dirt on the bed sheets. We asked for some sort of gesture the day after but only got 10%…
