Everything, Apartment is new, nice, was much better than we expected. Had much more useful stuff that expected. Owner was so caring- we had great communication and she was so welcoming. Safe secured place with parking place great location near 24/7 market, Gas Station and much more. We felt in love with this place

Very nice and clean apartment, big shower cabin, not very far from the city center. The host was friendly and professional. The living room has AC which is perfect in the summer.

The ashtray on the balcony was not clean. The access road to the apartment building is under construction.

Very nice residence, very nice apartment, you have everything you need for an apartment. Fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum, hairdryer. Nicely decorated. You've got all the tools needed for cooking if needed. You've got 3 supermarkets not even 100m away. (Profi, Lidl, Kaufland) same goes for Altex and Mcdonalds. Nice-ish view (more to follow in the "i didnt like" section)

The apartment has a nice orientation to the mountain sides (apartment 16) BUT as it's a new area which is just beginning to develop you still have some issues almost directly below the balcony.. grass plains with some trash from the nearest... poor culture people. No major issue. Just some extra noise but the insulation is great and they are far enough so it's not disturbing too much.
