🏠 Il Riad è stupendo, ogni angolo è curato e particolare, caratteristico della località. Si trova in una posizione perfetta vicina al souk ma anche ai locali principali per mangiare. 🔑 Nel mazzo di chiavi forniscono anche quelle per entrare nel Riad così da non essere vincolati con orari. 🍳 La colazione tipica ogni mattina dalle 8 alle 10 é stata fantastica, il cibo squisito e il bere dissetante. La doccia è molto spaziosa e la camera è fornita di condizionatore. ✨ Per qualsiasi cosa l'host è SEMPRE super disponibile e gentile, parla anche italiano. 🧳 È stato possibile lasciare le nostre valigie dopo il check out per passare a riprenderle per la partenza. 🍵 Avendo preso un brutto virus intestinale l'host ci ha anche aiutato offrendoci un infuso caldo al timo che ha alleviato cessato i sintomi.

I've been to Marrakech a few times and found the hosts of the Riad overly helpful and giving advice. We weren't really given any advice on the area , on excursions etc . The guy working seemed to be busy at breakfast but couldn't really find him outside of those times . There was someone's crocs in the shower which possibly means the shower wasn't cleaned after the last guests?

Tout était parfait

The hospitality here was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made everything easy for us. Since the riad is inside the Medina and not fully motorable, a staff member personally came to meet us and guided us to the property, which made the experience stress free. As someone in the hospitality industry, I pay attention to details, and their customer service was genuinely top tier. Anytime we needed anything, they were always ready to help with a smile. They even helped guide us around Marrakech and made us feel completely comfortable throughout our stay. A special thank you to Aladino Zaviri and Beija. They were truly exceptional. Their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism made my experience unforgettable. I genuinely enjoyed every inch and every bit of my stay in Marrakech because of them. One of the highlights for me was the birthday surprise they organized for me. It was thoughtful, beautiful, and made my trip extra special. The riad itself is stunning, peaceful, traditional, and very clean. I would absolutely stay here again anytime I visit Marrakech.

The host is friendly and welcoming. The place itself is decent. The location was good.

The the walls are very thin and you can hear everything outside the room. Early in the morning, guests were yelling across the floor to talk to each other, which disturbed our sleep. Other guests were also hanging out late in the lounge area, talking and laughing, which woke me up and kept me awake. There was also light shining directly through the window at night, which made it harder for me to sleep. I messaged the host about the noise, and to his credit, he did step in and got the guests to return to their rooms. A suggestion for the host would be to turn off the lounge lights around 10pm so guests don’t continue hanging out there late at night. There was also an issue at checkout regarding payment. I brought the exact amount of cash based on my booking total, but I was told the amount was higher, so I had to go back out to withdraw more money. I was informed that Booking handled the payment and this is the total price. I understand the the total price from booking but they convert it to dirham and charge a lot more in dirham which is become incorrect price. Even with poor conversion rate it still doesn’t add up that amount. Booking did not process the payment—the property collected the payment in cash. It would be much clearer and easier if payments were handled directly through Booking with credit card processing to avoid any confusion.

Je ne suis restée qu’une nuit, mais tout fut parfait. Emplacement sympa et calme, Riad très joli, petit déjeuner très bon et un personnel adorable

The Riad is perfectly located and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Oussama and Aladin were exceptional hosts, incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They made our arrival and departure very easy and ensured we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!
