El Capricho de Ana - Apartamentos Aloha Toledo

The location is good, the apartment is spacious and the couches comfortable.

Finding the place in the old town is not an easy task, but it's a piece of cake compared to the horribly complex procedure you have to go through to actually get inside the building, then inside the underground parking lot. It involves using smart phones, electyronic keys, geeky devices... and enlisting the help of a nice poassing lady who opened the building door for us. Terribly and unnecessarily complicated. The kitchen is large but under-equipped: why no kettle, for example? Does no one drink tea? And why two chairs oin the kitchen but no table? At least we can use one of those chairs as a bedside table, as the double bed only has a table on one side —too bad for the unlucky one sleeping on the other side! The underground parking is terribly cramped, be prepared to be extra-careful and do a lot of maneuvers if you drive a larger sedan or an SUV! But that seems to be a Spanish thing: rather large apartments but ultra-small parking lots! Overall, not a bad place to stay but the entrance procedure needs to be made simpler (how about actual keys in the usual combination box, together with a fob for the parking?).

The apartment is spacious but is a little bit gloomy. The beds (single beds) are good, but a second nightstand is missing. The Wifi is fine and the parking garage below the apartment (reachable by elevator) is perfect. The communication is extensive but a little bit impersonal (everything is remote).

Minor points: Bathroom 1 has no shower curtain, so everything will be wet by taking a shower. Bathroom 2: the shower cubicle has no suspension point for the shower hose, so taking a shower is a little bit uncomfortable.

Fantastic location, 10 minutes from everything you want to see in Toledo. Very clean and large apartment, it is really just perfect for a vacation in beautiful Toledo.

Only one minor thing, it would be helpful to have a hair dryer, it wasn't a big issue, just a suggestion.

Roomy and comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in a quiet section, (away from tourists, but across from a high school), in historic Toledo. Wifi was strong, the place was very clean, the kitchen was equipped well (though we didn't cook) Apartment was located in a charming building with a center courtyard.

A shower curtain for the master bathroom bathtub/shower and softer pillows (they were shaped like stuffed sausages). Otherwise it was perfect.
