Very clean, great location, comfortable bed, nice common living/tv area, nice kitchen with supplies.

Nous n’avons jamais vu qq du personnel. Il semble qu’il s’agit d’une grosse agence de location qui ont acheté plusieurs immeubles à Sintra.

Very cosy, spacious and easily accessible apartment (5 min walk from the train station). Comfortable and spacious bathroom. Kitchen and living room are shared spaces with other tennants, but our room itself was spacious enough. Nicely renovated building and great communication by the owner, checking in with us through Booking.com to see if everything went well. There is a restaurant downstairs (separate owner) where you can have breakfast, lunch, dinner or a coffee. Trainstation is closeby, easily to visit the rest of Sintra from here.

Chambre d'hôte bien située pour visiter les nombreux sites touristiques autour de Sintra. Réservation tardive effectuée et malgré que l'hôte ne soit pas sur place, il a été très facile de récupérer les clés avec un bon accueil téléphonique et un échange en français pour nous facilité la compréhension.

La difficulté pour se garer car les parkings sont tous payants aux alentours et sont d'une durée limitée. La gare étant proche sans que cela créée des nuisances, le logement est à recommander pour les personnes voyageant en train.

The housekeeper was nice.

I have read and reread the description of this apartment, thinking I missed something. I believed I had rented an apartment. When we arrived, we were shown to our bedroom, one of 5 that the apartment had and rented out. The living spaces were shared by all the bedrooms, including the one bathroom. While the apartment manage will respond to your emails or calls, she seldom answers questions.
