Perfect location, fabulous apartment, great communication thankyou

Gvides and Alfredas met us at agreed time and helped us with our cases to the apartment. Apartment is on a complex opposite The Best Jacaranda in Costa Adeje so well located for beach , shops and restaurants. Plenty of sunbeds around the complex (3 swimming pools) Smart TV was appreciated. Fixtures and fittings all brand new. Iron & ironing board supplied. Outside area / garden. A/C in front bedroom and living area. Plenty of wardrobe space with hangars. Good communication throughout with Gvides.

Poor cooking facilities for a self published self catering apartment - no oven or microwave alongside very limited cookware / utensils and food preparation space. No A/C in second bedroom. No bedside tables or lamps in either bedroom. Lack of plug sockets. Curtains / drapes look nice but ineffective at stopping the light coming through from early morning. Garden area needs attention - trees / bushes overgrown and constantly shedding leaves and fruit which made sitting in the garden unenjoyable. No wine or beer glasses in the apartment. Bathroom very small and shower was not very powerful. Outside door light not working. Enhanced security coming in or out of the hotel complex was over the top (allegedly only introduced after a single phone went missing!)
