Style over substance

Everything about the place was amazing

We had a noise disturbance two night in a row first night two men arguing second night a couple arguing in the building but other then that ot was amazing place to stay

Wonderful host ! Very patient with me and ideally located for access to the winter gardens for dance completions. Will book again !

The property was modern, had nice finishings - home from home.

We were on the bottom floor n number 11 & the drain smell in the bathroom was very over powering. The sofa bed mattress was very thin. Recommend you add a topper.

Clean property lovely facilities and close to centre which was perfect

Apartments are central, modern and have everything you need for your stay. Communication was excellent. I asked for an extra duvet because I found the bed a bit hard, but that was my preference. When we returned one was waiting, which was super. There’s a little bit of tea and coffee, and there was a shower gel. We’ve booked again for a trip next year - we visit the Winter Gardens for dancing.

I think the only thing I could say, the front door to the building is open all the time and while there were others in the building we were travelling with and certainly nothing happened, I think it would make sense for the main door to be locked and each room have a key. We were all travelling with children and they were going between rooms. Hasn’t put us off rebooking, we’ve booked the whole place out for April 26!
