Niki's Beach House

Excellent location beachfront. Niki is a great hostess and will help you with anything you need.

Location is great, only metres to the beach where there is a great beach bar and loungers. Short walk into the village. The accomodation is simple and typically Greek which suited us. Niki is great and goes the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect.

Bathroom is small but perfectly functional, just don't expect a big space.

The best part about the property is Niki herself!! She’s such a wonderful person and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Of course the house is super clean, nice and we especially loved Niki’s decor. You can tell she absolutely loves the property and takes very good care of it. We also loved the location and proximity to the beach.

Super Lage, 50 Meter zum Meer und zur Strandbar, Supermarkt in Fußweite, genug Platz für 4 Personen, alle 3 Tage frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Besitzerin war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich

Die Küchenausstattung war nicht die beste, das war aber nebensächlich, da alles andere gepasst hat

Csodálatos hetet töltöttünk a Niki's Beach House szálláson! Niki a legjobb háziasszony, kedves, figyelmes, gondoskodik rólad, ajándékkal kedveskedik 😍. Az apartman mindenben megfelelő volt! A legjobb helyen van, nyugodt, csendes, csoda szép helyen, távol a tömegturizmustól, a tömeg strandoktól. A teraszról a tengerre látsz, kisétálsz, és rögtön a Hakuna matata beach bárnál találod magad, ahol szintén nagyon kedvesek. A közelben autentikus görög étterem a Paolo's Corner, nagyon finom ételekkel. Mindenképpen visszatérünk ide, a legjobb választás volt!!! 💙💙💙

Great location for the beach

Our holiday was amazing at Niki’s Beach House. Niki was super kind & helpful in everything. Location is 10/10, just a few minutes walk from a really nice beach with a bar. Nice terrace overlooking the sea.

Everything was fine.

Wonderful location, right by the beach and a beach bar with wonderful food! Even other locations like Navagio beach viewpoint or Bacholi are like 30-40 minutes away (by car). Awesome hosts that took care of everything to make our stay comfortable. Even provided free beach towels! Lots of food options nearby. I'm definitely coming back here, no doubts!

The host was very nice and very kind. She was always available for helping us with anything as she stayed next door to us. The host even allowed us to checkin early as we were traveling with a baby. And she even helped us with groceries, meaning that she drove us to a cheaper supermarket, which is highly appreciated. The house is located at about 40 seconds from beach, so really close. Premium location. Right next to the location there is a taverna, and "supermarkets" are close.

There is some kind of water problems. But this is something that i've heard it's normal on all islands. However this is something to be mentioned for the future tourits especially those traveling with children. The furniture is not very modern, it's a little bit dated. It would be safer if the TV was mounted on a wall, so that children can't pull on it.
