Welcoming staff, easy to find location.

The DSTV had a problem and I tried asking the staff for help but they did not help me.

There was no breakfast provided, even though it was paid for. For TWO people. The place is not clean, from the time you climb the stairs, until you enter your room. The bathroom is filthy, everything is broken, and there was no toilet paper provided. The shower water is cold and someone had to come and have it checked out. The place looks like a living, breathing, safety hazard. The staff’s attitude was not friendly either. The accomodation should be (at most) R300 per night, not the price they’ve put up. Other guests play really loud music in the early morning, and at night. It’s horrible. I’ve never booked eKasi, but this was what I imagine a typical kasi getaway looks like.
