De locatie was super, centraal voor het stadsbezoek en zeer levendig om te verblijven. Op zich is het een zeer fijn appartement voor een korte vakantie.
Na een vermoeiende reis aankomen in een appartement dat nog niet gepoetst was, de nog beslapen bedden van onze voorgangers te vinden en geen propere handdoeken beschikbaar, was bepaald niet fijn. Het ergste was echter om geen contact te krijgen met iemand van de accommodatie, de telefoon sprong telkens op voicemail en er werd nadien ook geen contact met ons opgenomen. We hoopten na ons avondmaal het appartement klaar voor ons terug te vinden, dus niet! Dan maar de klantendienst van boeking.com gecontacteerd (en dat ook diverse malen met veel geduld)maar daar werden we ook niet verder geholpen. Pas de volgende dag in de voormiddag is de kuisploeg langs geweest!!! Dit heeft ons veel stress en bepaald geen vrolijke nacht bezorgd🤢.
