The vicinity is beautiful and peaceful and the property is very well maintained and clean. All the amenities are available. This was literally my second time staying at this stay. I always prefer booking this stay since it’s closer to almost everything.

"Worse"

Property is good. I had booked the property from 6th to 14th June. Mr Satish calls me in midst of my meeting and cited property checking by officials and all guests are to be vacated on 11th June. Which was a big lie. He asked me and my ageing mom to push off from the property. Could not arrange in the alternative property I had chose. Also asked the caretaker to ask guests to stay inside so his fake story wouldn’t be caught by me. Still the while amount isn’t refunded to me. He arranged at another property not upto mark and later kept saying you had chosen hence it’s not our fault. Your first lapse is asking guest to move out. Booking.com should take appropriate actions against these people
