"Too expensive for a survival place"

Location was great, and check in and out very easy

The house overall is not in great shape. Toilet lid was loose and plastic, the sink was stuck and full of water, shower broken. The bed was extremely noisy, and there was not a single hanger or place to hang anything. Towels obviously old and had holes.

The location is good, a short walk to metro station and a bus stop nearby. An easy ride to the airport in the morning. The host was willing to help, but...

This is a brand new apartment. They were still working on it when I arrived, horrible smell of paint in the room and in the bathroom. The room is small but ok for one night stand. It was impossible to attach the fridge from where it was, so had to move it more close to the power outlet. It took two persons to make air conditioning work. Someone was painting outside the room and there was no way to make them stop. I guess it will be all right with time but right now was difficult to sleep with this smells.
