Lokalizacja obiektu bardzo korzystna, blisko do zabytkowego centrum, promenady, sklepów i restauracji. Lokal spełnił moje oczekiwania. Dobry kontakt z właścicielami. Czysty.
Lokal jest trzypoziomowy a podłoga drewniana i w nocy słychać każdy krok na wyższym poziomie. Lokal nie posiada klimatyzacji są za to wentylatory.

De locatie! En het huisje had alles! Hele fijne service bij aankomst: konden al vroeg onze koffers stallen en ook bij vertrek toen we de deur al op slot hadden gedaan en er nog een koffer binnen stond…nogmaals veel dank voor het snelle handelen !
Wij waren met 5: dan moet de sofa ( slaapbank ) gebruikt worden- dat is wat krapjes in kleine woonkamer ( denk dat er boven best wel een matras bijgelegd zou kunnen worden). Maar we wisten dit van tevoren. En ook geen probleem!

Die Lage direkt in der Statd ist perfekt um Funchal zu erkunden. Die Betten sind bequem und die Zimmer und Badezimmer groß und sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und man kann im Wohnzimmer zusammen essen. Die Besitzer haben einem alle wichtigen Informationen super zur Verfügung gestellt und alles hat problemlos geklappt. Auch das selbstständige einchecken ist praktisch. 9min zu Fuß hält auch der Flughafenbus (5€ pro Person), bei 3 Leuten würde ich ein Blot empfehlen (18€ die Fahrt).
Es haben nur Kleinigkeiten gefehlt wie Haken neben dem Eingang für Jacken und auch Haken im Bad für Handtücher (freie Wandfläche gibt es genügend). Zudem ist die Wohung sehr laut, wenn im Zimmer über einem jemand läuft hört man alles. Den Mietwagen muss man 4min entfernt in einem Parkhaus abstellen (das gute es kostet nur 4€ für 24 Stunden). Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber Leute die nicht gut enge Treppen laufen können haben ein Problem die oberen Zimmer zu erreichen oder den Koffer hinauf zu bekommen.
