Queens Apartment 1

Spacious, good view, comfy beds, hot shower

Heating wasn’t working right (underfloor heating) so we were cold. The hallway into building was very warm but on entering apartment it was totally different temperature. The freezer needed defrosting. Barge boards under kitchen units kept falling down. Sofa although it looked good was very hard to sit on. The dining table hadn’t been cleaned.

Location, ice machine, games in lounge.

Needs final touches, hooks for coats on entering, more lamps in lounge to make it feel more cosy. New sofas, very uncomfortable. New cleaners

The location, size of accommodation, coffee machine, fridge with Ice maker. Nice modern apartments, but need final touches, hooks for coats in entrance, more glasses. The owner, very helpful and friendly.

Sofa, was velvet covered hardboard, not comfy, had to sit on cushions. Took couple of lamps from other rooms to make lounge feel more cosy. Cleaners need a kick up bum, dirty cutlery, glasses, hair in places it shouldn't be, used sponge left to use. Which hopefully owner will address on seeing this, as not his fault. Watched cleaners in other apartments they were no longer than 10 mins turn around for next guests.

They was blood in the toilet and sink and the sofa bed had worrying stains on it, the bedding was in the bath
