Queens Apartment 1

Perfect for a family. We took grandchildren.They loved the pool table. There was so much space and very well laid out. The ice machine was a great hit too. Proximity to the sea was very good.

The view to the sea from the apartment was amazing and apartment itself was very big as we were staying 4 adults and 2 kids.

The apartment was not clean, we tried to clean it ourselves, but they didn't have hover. Also washing machine was not working. Plates even were not cleaned properly. Sofa was dusty, when you sit the dust comes out.

It is located in a quiet area and a very spacious property which is great for a family. 1 minute away from the tram station and bus stop is just outside of the property. The view from outside was amazing!

The location was perfect. Playing a pool tournament at the norbreck and didn't want to stay there. This property is fantastic and very well located. Beautiful views out to the coast with a lovely balcony with great rattan furniture. Property was so spacious and well maintained kitchen. Shower temp was able to be lovely and hot with good pressure. Bus stop directly out the front and tram stop 50m down the road with quick and easy access to Blackpool centre and pleasure beach. Will hopefully be rebooking for next year's tournament when the dates are released.

Nothing really only personal things like I prefer a firm mattress and sofa was a bit hard to sit on, but that didn't deter from the stay. We like to tidy up before we leave anywhere so a hoover would have been handy to be able to give a quick once over before we left to leave in exactly the same condition as we found.

The apartments are spacious and provided with pool/foosball tables. The living rooms are sea-facing and the tram station is very close, providing easy access to the city centre.

We faced several issues in the apartment and the host's inconsiderate behaviour in resolving the issues made our stay significantly disappointing and full of stress. We booked 2 apartments for 4 families. The dishwashers in one of the apartments leaked creating a pool of soapy water in the kitchen, and the one in another apartment simply didn't work showing an error. We ended up washing dishes everyday wasting time during our vacation. The boiler showed an error and heating radiators didn't work as well, making the rooms feel substantially cold. There were only 3 coffee pods provided for 3 nights of stay (to be shared between 5 people), and the host refused to replenish them saying they are complimentary. In the bathrooms, there were only a few toilet paper rolls provided which got used very soon. The host refused to replenish them citing they were complimentary and asked us to buy our own toilet papers. No basic toiletries like shower gel/ shampoo etc were provided. The sofa beds in the living room were wobbly and uncomfortable to sleep. There was no basic cleaning done during our stay. The stairs from the ground floor to backyard have several nails popping out which made it dangerous for the kids to walk. Will never consider staying here again!!

There was no lock on the bathroom the one in the passage and down stairs bedroom as we were big family with kids it was annoying

It was great value, clean, good location and lots of space.
