GBWe stayed here The same time last year and we had the best time at a local festival, to be able to come home to a warm house with comfortable beds was just perfect. We had an extra guest and we made a reasonable payment to the host to accommodate him.
We had no burning issues at all. Maybe slight attention to detail with things like light bulbs in the bedrooms. 1 bulb was out.

There are no mirrors in the bathroom ans the bedrooms. The pass code is too long. Passcode instruction was not clear.

Nothing to hate
GBNice and clean house. Convenience store within 2 minutes walk. Kitchen was quite big and nice. Garden was also quite large. The guy was extremely helpful and came at 7am ro restock kitchen tissue and toilet rolls.
Bathroom needs a mirror! Apart from that great place and would suggest a few upgrades like a sitting area in the garden or flat screen tvs in the bedrooms. Great place overall though.
CYVisited Manchester with my husband and mother in law. This accommodation was perfect for us. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Easy parking in front of the property. Kitchen was fully equipped, managed to have proper breakfast every day. Check out/in was as easy as it gets, no need to contact anyone. Location was good - only 10 mins away from centre by car. Quiet neighbourhood.
Worth noting that there is no TV in bedrooms - it’s just a note rather than a criticism, we watched TV on our laptops instead!
