Quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious enough. Washer and dryer available. She left us chips and a chocolate bar, which was very thoughtful.

Poor communication--didn't tell us that we needed to sign up for dryer use or how to. We could have had wet clothes when we flew back to the U.S. because of this. Contacted us the next morning to ask us not to use extra bedding or towels (which there weren't). There wasn't even a towel for the kitchen. We could have used a sheet or light weight blanket to get under during the night as the it was too warm with the comforter and too cold without. Gave us the wrong wifi password before our trip and when we arrived. We had to look on the router to get the correct wifi. Told us to separate plastics and paper and where garbage cans were. So we were rinsing plastics and putting them in the garbage can that we thought was correct for them. This wasted our time because the day before we left she told us we could walk 7 minutes to recycling. Didn't tell us where to leave key until the day before we left and we had asked 2X. Asked if we needed assistance with anything the day before departure. This message would have been nice at the start of our week.

The accommodation was well designed and presented. It had everything we needed. Great location, close to metro. Good communication with owner. Quiet area, close to shop and amazing bakery.
