Ngoc An Bang Villa

Friendly helpful staff. Pool was great to relax in. Rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds.

It was a great location very lovely friendly warm people hosting.

the staff was very friendly, the host even prepared umbrella for each room. the property was pretty quiet and peaceful, totally stay away from the noisy street. the location was great, i can walk to the beach and nearby restaurants at An Bang beach easily every morning. easy to take a grab to get to the Old Town, not too expensive.

not their fault but the next-door construction is a big minus point to me :( it wasnt convenient using the pool and a bit noisy when the construction started their work since early morning. they also stopped providing breakfast because of the construction. the facility could have been improved as well. found some old stains on the bedding. compared to the price, I hope they can improve these.

The good thing is that it has limited rooms so the fact that we were a big group we were almost alone in the facility.

The facility is among a greenery area so it is normal to find all type of insects. If you cannot tolerate this don't book here. Insects include cockroaches, spiders and lizards...

The pool and the room are great! It is 4 minutes walking to the beach through some small paths. The family that runs this place is really cute and helpful!!

It didn't bother me but there were construction works next door which is also why there was no breakfast available, just FYI ;)

Great location close to the beach in Hoi an but also convenient location to get a taxi into the city centre. Lovely staff who were very welcoming and helpful with our requests including booking our onwards travel. The pool was lovely to relax next to and the rooms were very comfortable. We loved this place so much we booked an extra night!

There was some construction next door which was loud but this is a temporary issue in the morning and evening.
