Rivasa Emerald - Calangute

Food was really bad. There was no service atleast. Reception person was clueless on what to do. No support at all. Even a request for Coffee was rejected as there was no milk in hotel.Hotel will charge you 9k but will not provide you service. Plssssssssss dont stay in this hotel

Literary nothing in this trip , it was worst experience

if you want any room service help for any issue , then you have to keep reminding them always then only you will get service but it's to late. I have booked 5 rooms for 3 days , whole 3 days no television working of all 5 rooms , fridge of some rooms were not working. Literary you have to remind them for each n every minor things also. Even if you require soap Towels you have to keep reminding them , then after 2-3 hours you will get that. Most of room aminities will be not in working conditions. And if you tell the staff they will say it's not our job tell at reception. When they will instruct them only they will do. Food taste is exceptionally worst and if you complian they will still make you pay and will give reason that our chef is new we will improve. I have booked lunch for 11 people's the taste was so worst that we left the food as it is and went outside for lunch. They will not accept their bad quality food. Lterally we cancel our next 2 days food orders with them. For location they have mentioned 8 min from beach. By vehicle And if go by walking you will require 30-40 to walk that distance from hotel to beach. In Lots of areas they really need improvement With my this trip experience i will literally not refer this to anyone.
