Location- easy walk to town centre Very clean Everything you needed for short stay

No off street private parking Initially very cold and took a fair while to warmup Decor and beds needs improvement

Spotlessly clean, the bed was so comfy, very handy for walking into Harrogate… shops, cafes, pubs all within walking distance. The kitchen was superb with everything we needed.. croissants and fresh milk were a lovely touch.. we had a small issue and the owner went out of his way to rectify the problem..

Lovely clean space to stay in for the night, with all the requirements we needed.

Personal preference, but the mattresses were too soft for both myself and my mum. The beds were also very noisy any movement and they were wobbly.

Good location Previous stays was excellent. However most recent stay was not as good - there was bad odour in the flat - seemed like coming from blocked sink/drain pipes

Cleanliness, location, tea coffee etc provided.

Easy access, straightforward host and a clean apartment. Nice to have some breakfast available as well, all in all a good 1 night stay.

Television could have been a bit better in the living room, but that was a minor thing and i wasnt really there long enough!
