Cozy Studio Suite in the Heart of Arequipa

You could clearly hear noise/ walking from guests in tbe room directly above - quite loud. Window opened didectly to street level/ sidewalk. The biggest problem and tbe reason we left and did not stay, notifying Booking.com immediately upon arrival, and trying unsuccessfully to contact owner directly,was the misrepresentation stated twice in Cozy Studio Apts ad that a Private Kitchen was given with Stove, Microwave, etc. This is false, only a Public shared kitchdn is provided. In slite of this clear misrepresentation tne prolerty still has not refunded our money after they were notified by Booking.com and in contact with us. After again clearly showing a clear valid reason thet should do so, thereby now having Booking.com state thet will. Hopefully this will be done. I suggest avoiding this propery.
