Nicely renovated coach house, very warm and inviting.

Unfortunately it wasn't really suitable for traveling with a dog as there was no outside space. I'm sure in the pictures there was a small gravel yard area. Also with no dogs allowed upstairs (fair enough) but the lounge is upstairs.

"Perfect space to relax enjoy the countryside"

Exceptional All you could want for a breakfast including fresh eggs bread and butter table laid and fresh flowers very rustic and welcoming. The hosts were friendly and helpful and could do no more perfect.

Lovely cottage with all that you needed for a comfortable stay, nice touches with freshly baked loaf butter and milk also 6 fresh eggs from the Farm Louise and Mike were very welcoming

The location of Roxie House was absolutely perfect for us for a friends wedding that was nearby & Louise was a very welcoming host! The additions of fresh milk, eggs and other bits were really appreciated and added a lovely touch. The house has everything you could need and has a really homey feel.

The property definitely could have been cleaner, there were lots of cobwebs everywhere & it is a bit misleading in the photos that the property is in fact on a busy farm with lots of people there through ought the day right next to the property. The bed in the main bedroom could also have been comfier & every time you move slightly or turn over it is very creaky which did interrupt our sleep.

Louise and Mike had thought of everything - fresh flowers, bread and homemade butter were nice touches. A perfect coach house for a couple which was well presented, clean and comfortable. Communication before, and throughout our stay, was excellent.

It was perfect.
