La televisione non funzionava e il cancello pure problemi per uscire

The apartment was self-contained and was very modern, spacious and clean, right on the beach with a wonderful sea view. There were ample kitchen facilities and a great balcony overlooking the sea. The agent, Jose, was extremely friendly and when we had trouble opening the outside gate on arrival because of heavy rains, he drove from Marbella to help us, and he made arrangements for the gate to be fixed.

Het appartement was heel compleet ingericht. Het terras was top.

Wij roken een muffe lucht in de badkamer.

Perfect location for us Everything we needed & the view was 10/10

Only thing was we opened the window shutters in the bedroom and couldn’t get them back down

El acceso a la vivienda desde la carretera no es nada fácil y el olor del baño del dormitorio principal es muy desagradable si no ventilas constantemente

Ao chegar ao apartamento, estava sujo, casa de banho mal cheirosa, roupeiros sujos e sem espaço para arrumar as roupas, pois estavam ocupados com pertences dos proprietários, movel casa de banho a cair. O pior de tudo é que a caução de 300 euros que paguei ao fim de uma semana ainda não foi devolvido, e deixamos o apartamento mais organizado do que aquilo que encontramos.

The balcony overlooking the sea was wonderful. We took the opportunity and did a few clothes /towels washing and used the dishwasher daily. There’s an iron if you need it. Aircon works great when you learn to click the panel next/under the main one. We found local restaurants which are 5 walk (go towards the beach bar right out of property and then left under the main road there is a passage, left again up the stairs and keep going passed the club. There is a great Chinese, and Indian restaurant. A pizzeria you can order in or take away. The property even has beach chairs and umbrella in the cupboard on the terrace. We found parking ok, there was always a space somewhere.

The drains in the on suite bathroom it smells bad (someone else mentioned this ), and overnight the smell accumulates. We kept the windows open in the day sometimes but obviously with the aircon on they have to be closed. I would call a plumber specialist to check it out. And you desperately need to change the pillows please. They offer no support at all.
