Un accueil top de Dino qui sécurise et répond à vos questions Le lit est confortable et l'espace rangement est suffisant. Le lave linge avec mise à disposition de produits est une délicate attention(nous étions présents 14 jours).

Comme déjà écrit l'insonorisation car c'est du simple vitrage mais l'appartement est très bien placé donc forcément de la circulation à toute heure. Le WC qui est dans la salle de bain.

It was lovely stay. Hosts are welcoming and friendly in advance contact you and also meet when you arrive and show around apartment and explain everything, you also can contact them any time you need something Apartment it self is amazing, clean, comfy, spacious, fully equipped kitchen, extra bonus for a rooftop pool Location is good, everything you need is around, center is not too far, 3 km of beautiful walk or you can take bus or quick car ride In general mostly good things..

Some minuses might be that its loud there, you will hear all street noises but that what is expected in lively area Maybe curtains in living room would not hurt, as there are just a transparent ones Extra bonus could be if water bottle would be left and maybe a bit more coffee capsules 🤷🏻‍♀️ But all those wasn’t big issues for me Dishwasher also would be nice extra 🙂 The only thing I dislike was that hot water run out fast, so I could not take a proper shower, longer than 10 min.. at least it warmed up again quite fast and water pressure was good

Love the location and the sea view. Kitchen well equipped. Spotlessly clean. Dino represents the highest standard of customer care, really welcoming and professional approach, which you don't see often. I was very happy with the free parking. Overall great value for money, I will go back.

It was a bit chilly in the flat without heating but let's say that this was the weather's fault. It is quite loud from the street, windows don't isolate well and you can hear the cars at night. If you are a light sleeper this is not for you.

Dino was fantastic host, showed and explained everything in detail. I loved the location and parking.

Its a busy street, if u r a lightsleeper use an earplugs.

Dino and Anne-Lise were amazing hosts. Dino met us at the building and toured the apartment with us, explaining everything and answering our questions. He was available by phone or text if we had any issues and was quick to respond with assistance. The apartment is clean and has all the amenities. It is located in the Lido district which is about a 25 minute stroll to the old part of the city or a short bus ride. There is a city bus stop and a hop on hop off bus stop right across the street. There are two Pingo Doce grocery stores a 5 minute walk away. There are a great variety of restaurants in the area as well as a very pleasant walkway along the ocean. There is also a large community outdoor pool and sunbathing complex close by. The building is located at a busy corner so there is some traffic noise. However it was not an issue for us since we were out touring most days. This apartment was excellent value for the money.

The outdoor pool area on the roof gives a nice view of the area. However the lounge chairs are showing wear and tear.

An amazing apartment in a great location!

Ana had sent a message before we arrived and was stood outside the building waiting for us when the taxi pulled up at the kerb; it doesn't get much better. We were then shown arround the apartment and the waste recycling facilities. Everything was explained, including emphasis on which local supermarkets were good value. The arrival routine was a very good experience. The apartment is very clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay. The hosts provide contact details and make themselves available should you need them. The bus stops for town are just a 2 minute walk away and buses are frequent. There are plenty of food venues nearby but, if you fancy staying in then the kitchen is well equipped for most food preparations.

I'd like to have a proper curtain over the sliding doors; the mesh curtain is good during the day and would keep the bugs out but at night, when the lights are on, offers no privacy. Be careful with your state of dress if it's dark outside and the lights are on in the lounge area. The bedroom has no such concerns as there are good curtains.
