Location: very colourful and lively neighbourhood. Very-well designed apartment with a spacious shower cabin and a large and comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchenette. Very careful selection of bedding and towel sets. The apartment was very clean, exceptionally well prepared for my stay, it was obvious that a lot of attention was paid to it. I have the impression that this exceptional standard is the norm for these hosts.

I guess it's just that the stay was so short.

The apartment was even nicer than it looked in the images and really clean. The owner sent very clear instructions on how to self check-in and was responsive throughout my stay. The location is fantastic - really close to the beautiful cathedral and other sites, but also in a quiet street. It's near a bakery, street food market and a couple of restaurants, and there's WiFi, AC and even a TV with streaming services. The owner kindly left a bottle of water in the fridge, which was much appreciated after carrying all my bags from the bus station!

The fridge was very noisy (on and off) overnight, and it would have been useful to have had some drawers to put non-hanging clothes in. These are just minor niggles though - it was a lovely place to stay and I would stay there again if I returned to Palermo.

Location is very good for central attractions.

The street outside can be a bit noisy at night.

Great location, so kind owners

The apartment is completely new, nice, clean, cosy and comfortable. It's 5 min from the cathedral of Palermo. You have all your privacy-everything you need is there. Since the apartment is new and it hasn't many ratings yet, I wasn't sure if I should book it. But I've tried and I was more than happy about the decision! I would recommend to everybody!!

Everything was perfect!! The house was renovated, clean, full equipped, with coffee, first breakfast, water and the cleaning staff!! The location was absolutely perfect since it was in the center, close to everything. Every picture you see in the internet and every facility are truth. The perfect solution for an only business traveler.

The only drawback was the noise. No matter how small are the roads of the neighborhood they have much noise. But with close windows everything gets better. Don't be afraid when you reach the neighborhood, it's safe and your house, you are going to stay isn't like them!!
