L'emplacement

La chambre est sale. le sol est gras. Pleins de tâche sur les murs. Aucune climatisation. Du bruit dans l'hôtel et a l'extérieur toutes les nuits. Aucun service de sécurité

"Obligée de fuir en pleine nuit : logement insalubre"

À mon arrivée, j'ai constaté une odeur persistante de renfermé et de tabac séché rendant l'atmosphère insalubre, une situation aggravée par la canicule(23-24/06/2026) et l'absence de climatisation. Aucune solution d'hébergement ou d'assistance ne m'ayant été proposée pour pallier ce manque d'hygiène, j'ai dû quitter le logement en pleine sans qu'aucun remboursement ne m'ait été accordé à ce jour.

Aucun personnel d'accueil, obligé d'aller à la réception de l'hôtel voisin pour check in ou out, odeurs très désagréables de renfermé, décharge à ciel ouvert sous la fenêtre, draps tachés, carte magnétique qui se demagnétise systématiquement et qui marche une fois sur 10, donc impossibilité de monter dans la chambre (ascenseur ou escalier accessible avec la carte) obligé de retourner à la réception de l' hôtel voisin pour refaire une carte, salle de douche minuscule, mauvaise évacuation de l'humidité, beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation

"Lage für Geschäftreise beim Messezentrum perfekt. Besser im Tulip Hotel nebenan buchen!"

+ Top Lage zum Messegelände (Parc des Expositions) und Linie RER B Richtung Airport CDG und Paris Zentrum (Notre Dame) + Frühstück war ausreichend für Geschäftsreise + Zimmer im 5. Stock sind bereits (billigst) renoviert und halbwegs sauber.

- Aboslut schlechter und sehr unfreundlicher Rezeptionist. Obwohl französisch sprechend fand er es nicht Wert Auskünfte zu geben. Bei Fragen kamen sehr unfreundliche und unmotivierte Antworten. - Sauberkeit des Hotels generell mangelhaft. ->Sehr verschmutzt - Zimmerreinigung nur sporadisch - Sehr kleine Zimmer - Fenster im Zimmer ließ sich nicht schließen. Renovierung macht den Eindruck mangelhaft und billigst durchgeführt worden zu sein.

"Nice stylish hotel close to Charles de Gaul"

It was clean, stylish, comfortable, quiet and convenient for bus or RER to CDG. The concierge was professional, helpful and friendly. Loved the sparkling water in the lobby.

The restaurant was closed and the nearest grocery store/restaurant was 1.5 kms away. A pleasant walk on a nice day but it was 35 deg C at 7pm. There was a bus though.
