"An awful location set in dirty unkempt grounds. The location doesn’t feel safe."

The room was ok and bed good.

The location is awful on an industrial site. The grounds of the hotel were filthy, unkempt, the place looked like it was in disuse. The worst place we have ever stayed. The area felt unsafe.
