Cozy Lootsi Residence with Sauna and Balcony - Tallinn city centre

Location was perfect. View from apartment really nice, feels real city life.

It was not clean so clean I expected.

The location was absolutely great, next to nautica, next to the harbor, a short distance to everywhere. Spacious apartment, communication with the tenant +10.

The traffic noise was really huge, I couldn't sleep because of it, the windows of the apartment faced the big road. Only one key makes it difficult to go.

An absolutely beautiful apartment 🙂. A super location, near Old Town and so many amenities nearby. With balcony, sauna and ground to ceiling windows superb 👌. And when I was a little lost at the beginning in locating the building as so tired after travel superb support from Irina from the management company 🙂. Many, many thanks and I would highly, highly recommend and look forward to staying again 🙂.

Really lovely apartment with a nice sauna to relax in after a day of exploring Tallinn! The location is excellent for the port that Tallink ferries use if you’re coming from Helsinki. Also just a short walk into the old town. Highly recommend :)

Friendly staff and nice communication, cozy apartment with everything you might need, convenient location.

The bed is not very comfortable as it is actually made out of two separate beds. Tap water is very hard, it would be nice to have a filter.

The location is very convenient. Short walk from the ferry pier. A shopping mall is just around the corner.

The bath tub is a bit high to get in & out, and after taking shower the floor gets wet.

The apartament is very well located. Right next to the seaside promenade and close to the port and old town. The apartament is equipped with everything you need to be comfortable spend your stay.

There are no windows that you can open for fresh air and the flat was not prperly cleaned when we arrived. The flat is worn and there is not mich that you can use.

it had all the facilities we needed including a potty, washing stuff and all the kitchen/bathroom ammenities. it was spacious and very warm when I walked in. great communication with host thank you!

only thing was I couldn't open the shower screen to reach shower head when I wanted to quickly wash my daughter but other than that everything was excellent.
