The Annexe is designed and maintained with detailed attention to the comfort and enjoyment of the guests. There is a large, well equipped kitchen; comfortable home media area and ample space. The level of finish throughout is exemplary.

The only reason I didn't give top marks throughout is because the second ( bunk) bedroom is very cramped. That didn't affect us and there is plenty of "spill over" space in the main bedroom and lounge area for family luggage.

"A bright, clean and modern flat right next to the ferry port providing a comfortable stay in Dover."

The location was perfect for catching the ferry the next day. The property is very new, has everything you would need and the hosts kindly left milk in the fridge and tea and coffee on the side (as well as gin and crisps for the evening). It is very comfortable to stay there and the hosts provided plenty of information for getting about if you needed it.
