7 Waterstone House - Luxury Apartment Overlooking South Beach, Tenby

Location was brilliant (incredible view of South Beach). Five minute walk from the flat to the town. Flat was very spacious and had all required facilities. Would highly recommend.

No entrance code for the front door; it worked on a magnetic fob and only one out of two worked. NO LIGHTING AT THE FRONT STEPS. No gate on the parking area to stop non-residents parking. NO INSTRUCTION/WELCOME BOOKLET IN THE APARTMENT.

A microwave would be useful. Had to ring agent to ask about bifold windows opening because the sign on them states don't pull but you do have to pull

Nothing to pick at! Only comment/suggestion; we stayed on a hot weekend, as nice as it was to have the sliding doors open, would of helped if there was a fan or 2 available to help air circulation. However we didn't look, some may have been in a cupboard.

Lovely large, clean, light flat. Very well equipped, nicely presented. Lovely sea view.

The twin ovens and microwave were luxurious looking but far too complicated for an amateur! I eventually worked out how to use the hob but the extractor fan remained a mystery.

The view was amazing!
