Lemon Tree Hotel, Rajkot

The room was clean and neat, the beds were super comfortable.

The staff wasn't supportive, we asked for getting the luggage down from our room, no one turned up I waited for 15 mins after when I came down, the guy to pick up the luggage showed up. Also, the manager out there was saying no, to everything that was being asked, when we checked-in and we asked for some help from one of the ladies to help drape the saree, and the manager was like no we won't be able to manage that, however the next day morning the other manager helped us with that request, the point is not about the help but the way he said no, he sounded rude. Anyways, my overall stay was good!!!

Not much choice in Brake fast

Stay was excellent and the service was great and the staff are very friendly and the person at the reception sanjay was very nice to me and helped me with the room booking and documentation and he upgraded my room free of cost

The hospitality was very good and the person at the reception named sanjay helped me with the documentation and was very helpful to me the food was also great mus visit

We liked Rooms,food,behavior of staff,cleanliness and ambience.

Parking area and absence of greenery.
