Breakfast is good and sufficient. Location is very good

Reception staff need training in how to welcome guests. A smile alone goes a long way and doesn’t cost anything!! The chef needs to learn how to cater to different guests. Everyone is not able to eat ultra spicey food. This is not asking too much is it?

Nice clean and well appointed rooms, the food and staff area excellent.

Noisy, rooms on lower floors facing road are not very comfortable. The restaurant at sixth floor play live band and it’s noisy for guests below.
