"Not what I was hoping for"

I liked that it was close to many attractions and great location. The light around the flat was good

The sheets had a funny smell, room very small could barely move around, WiFi not working and we were there for 5 nights, dish washing liquid only lasted for two days they didn't leave a small amount to refill, gave us one toilet roll for all those days, no refuse bags. The surroundings not so good makes looking at the mountain view pointless. Lots of homeless people walking around. Windows to the room couldn't open.

"Horrible experience, the apartment had cockroaches, dirty carpets , and price unjustified"

The price was unjustified,, I paid a higher rate of R2100 which was advertised as including cleaning , no one came to clean the room and I realised that I was actually overcharged since the same room was advertised with 2 different rates
