GBGreat location, looking over the canal & short walk to shops, bars & restaurants. The property was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The owners sent a very useful comprehensive message prior to arrival re check in details, local area information etc.
Would benefit from some lighting under the kitchen cupboards and also some bedside lights.

GBThe property is in beautiful settings at the side of a canal,The property is immaculate inside and outside and is just a 5 minute stroll to the town centre and has a really good chippy 100 yards away. The owner as gone above and beyond to make sure your stay is exceptional and a very relaxing break.

GBGBGBEverything, the property is stunning, down to the last detail. Sophie and her girls are very friendly, didnt get to meet Gary, he was away. Would definately recommend the Boathouse, right on the canal side, a 5 minute walk from town.

GBBeautifully presented property in a lovely location. We had never visited Ripon before, but this stay gave us the perfect opportunity to view all it has to offer. The property is decorated excellently, all very modern and well kept. Extremely clean and cleaning resources supplied. The property is in a quiet area, only noise heard was from the pride of Ripon going down the canal. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend this accommodation.
