Casablanca 38 Oasis Properties

We stayed as a family of five, and everyone loved the property. It was very spacious, with great outdoor areas and a BBQ. The communal swimming pool was a big plus, especially for our 6-year-old. For those with limited mobility, it’s worth noting that the area is quite hilly, and you need to climb a few steps to reach the property and access the swimming pool.

Having simple hand soap in the bathrooms would also be very helpful. It felt a little damp when we first entered the property, which may be due to it not being used during the winter months.

숙소 위치가 시내에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 차량이 있어서 문제가 되지 않았습니다. 숙소 2층에서 보이는 뷰만으로도 만족스러웠습니다. 주방에 준비된 양념과 재료들은 이용하기에 불편함이 없었습니다.

날이 추워서 저녁에는 히팅을 켜도 추운듯 했고 계단 중간 화장실은 더 추워서 이용하기 힘들었어요 샴푸.바디 용품도 1회용인데 욕실당 1개씩 있어서 인원이 다 이용하기에 부족했어요 주방에 후라이팬은 상태가 안좋아서 교체가 필요합니다.

Perfect place, quiet neighborhood and amazing view.

Visa villa izteikti smirdēja pēc mitruma (iespējams INDĪGA PELĒJUMA SĒNĪTE). Nebija NEVIENS "pilna auguma" spogulis (mītne paredzēta vismaz 6 personām). Kāpņu telpā starp stāviem nedarbojas apgaismojuma sienas lukturis. 1.stāvā pie dīvāna (blakus virtuvei) nedarbojas galda lampa. Starpstāvu labierīcībās kustējās tualetes poda riņķis un vāks. Salauzts drēbju gludināmais dēlis. 2.stavā nedarbojas slēdzene metāla restēm (izeja uz terasi). 1.stāva terasē, pie ieejas virtuvē, kustās 2 kāpņu akmens plāksnes (tas ir bīstami jebkuram; esmu invalīde ar kustību traucējumiem). NEBIJA NORĀDĪTS, ka baseins ir KOPLIETOŠANAS ar ierobežotu darba laiku un specifisku piekļūšanu tikai konkrēti pa 1 ieeju (vistālāko), kaut gan ir ierīkotas vēl vismaz 2 piekļuves vietas.

Beautifully landscaped gardens and a peaceful area, plus very spacious accommodation which is well equipped. Easy parking in the development close to the property, although there are steps to negotiate en route to the villa, which wasn't a problem for us as we only stayed for 1 night. Big cases could be challenging! The pools looked lovely, but as we weren't there for long, we didn't get chance to visit them.

It is quite a walk into Nerja and up a steep hill on the return. If there were 6 people in the property, a 3rd toilet would have been useful, as there's no access to a ground floor shower room, which could be a problem for anyone who has difficulty getting up stairs. We did not expect to pay a deposit of £350 (and to be held for 2 weeks) as this was not mentioned until the booking had been confirmed and paid for. Luckily, there was a blip on the website, so we didn't have to pay it in the end! Late check in at 4pm and early check out at 10am, although no one was around to check.

Las instalaciones son preciosas , esta todo muy limpio a 10 minutos de la playa la Burriana andando, eso sí hay muchas escaleras y para acceder a la piscina hay que dar un largo paseíto y salir del recinto porque por dentro no puedes acceder

nosotros fuimos de sábado a domingo septiembre y lo que no me gusta es que hasta las 16:00 de la tarde no puedes entrar si quieres entrar antes tienes que pagar más dinero y a las 10 de la mañana ya debes de estar fuera de la casa me parece bastante caro para ni 24 h que te dejan estar en la casa mínimo la entrada debería ser a las 12 de la mañana y que pudieras salir a la tarde del día siguiente,

El entorno, la ubicación, el camino a la playa, la tranquilidad.

En la piscina las hamacas son de alquiler, aunque en la zona de cesped se puede poner la toalla y es cómodo.

Muy espacioso y cómodo, tenía todo el menaje necesario. La urbanización muy cuidada.

Los aires acondicionados necesitan limpieza, no olían muy bien y dentro estaban llenos de polvo. Quizá una actualización al mobiliario no le iría nada mal.
