Enjoyed our stay and the staff very accommodating in making us a delicious authentic Vietnamese dishes! Made fresh to order. So, be mindful that it took some time because they went out to grab all the ingredients! Rooms nice and clean and good showers!

Beautiful views and very charming rooms. The hotel is surrounded by nature and set in a peaceful location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers trekking with a local guide in small groups, departing directly from the property, which is a great bonus.

The hotel is quite far from the center, around a 20-minute drive and the road can be a bit rough, so be prepared. However, the hotel can easily arrange a taxi to Sa Pa for about 150,000 VND each way. I wouldn’t recommend staying more than two nights, as it does feel quite remote. The breakfast is average, and the restaurant is a bit overpriced for the quality of food offered.

Le personnel très souriant qui se met en 4 pour vous servir au mieux ! Ils nous ont permis gratuitement de faire un early check in, puis pour le check out, de garder nos bagages dans un établissement partenaire dans le centre de Sapa. L’emplacement de l’hôtel, bien que excentré de Sapa (20 min de Grab), était parfait car situé dans la nature, loin du brouhaha de la ville. L’hôtel est aux premières portes pour faire des treks dans la nature et explorer les villages alentours. Ils proposent à ce titre des options de trekking (environ 1,5 million par personne) La nourriture du restaurant ainsi que les boissons sont excellentes.

Le petit déjeuner était bon, mais un poil trop simple. Vous avez le choix entre des œufs sous différentes formes, une assiette de fruits, une crêpe.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The location was very peaceful and calming. Everyone was exceptional.

We loved the hotel and surroundings. Pity we had such short time to be there. Staff were lovely big thank you to all. You guys are great. Bit naughty for letting us know about the construction at the hotel a day or two before our arrival but this things happens.

No massage/Spa. Think you will do great should yoffer this kind of service. Early morning start of works at the hotel. No fridge in the room.
