Room extremely dusty and dirty Bathroom was dirty No soap or shampoo in bathroom Water supply stopped during stay Phone in the room was barely functional No tea service in the morning The only solace was the willingness of the staff to help although there wasn’t much they could do to help

The personnel was really understanding, accomodative and helpful. They went out of their way to help me solve some problems and meet my needs.Thank you!

All good but wall are too much durty

I give 10/10 best hotel cozy stay, neat clean rooms, everything was just perfect, and i actually love the vibe smooth check-in, value for money, good location

I recently stayed at this hotel near the airport for a night, and my experience was very good. Initially, I was concerned about the rating, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it deserved a 9/10. The new management has clearly made significant improvements. The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff was attentive and professional. The manager explained that the low ratings were due to issues under previous management, which have now been resolved. It’s evident that the current team is committed to delivering a top-notch experience. Also, there’s a cafe called Miraki which is good food & good service. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed and would happily stay here again. For anyone considering a stay near the airport, this hotel offers great convenience & comfort. I highly recommend it.

Bad experience

AC and Landline was not working I recently stayed at Mojo M Villa Hotel and was very disappointed with my experience. The air conditioning in my room was not working, making it incredibly uncomfortable, especially during the hot weather. Additionally, the landline in the room was also non-functional, making it difficult to reach the front desk or request any assistance. Overall, the lack of basic amenities and poor maintenance left me frustrated. I would not recommend staying at Mojo M Villa Hotel until these issues are addressed.

This is a complete scam. The actual property is nothing like the photos and description. The flush was broken. The linen was dirty. The facilities were not working. There was dirt on the floor. The door for the bathroom wasn't closing. It has been the most pathetic stay ever.

It was totally not expected from booking.com to allow such a listing.
