A charming cottage in a beautiful setting.

Lovely location, very close to the canal in beautiful grounds. The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.We appreciated the milk, biscuits and wine.

Although there was lots of space outside for the dog, it wasn't enclosed so we couldn't let him out on his own.

Lovely accommodation in a peaceful, rural setting. Well appointed, spotlessly clean and a plentiful supply of the essentials; loo rolls, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc. There was milk and wine in the fridge, biscuits and tea bags, coffee and sugar, very generous. We would certainly stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. We weren’t able to sit in the garden at the rear of the property as the weather was very wet; it’s a nice little sheltered, private area.

It was perfect for us, exactly where we wanted to stay for our holiday so we could see family.

A lovely cottage with everything you need in a good location, also the milk, biscuits, tea and coffee, and a bottle of wine was a lovely touch.

Quiet location close to footpaths for some great walks in the area. Very good heating and well equipped kitchen.

Lovely to receive a proper welcome basket of biscuits and a bottle of wine, alongside a lovely vase of tulips.

I may have missed it in the description but we weren’t aware you had to go through the bedroom to go to the bathroom. Not a problem for us but some might find it slightly awkward.

A cosy cottage that was well appointed.. Communication was prompt from the host. A nice welcome touch of biscuits, milk and a bottle of wine.
