Beautiful appartment, really clean and comfortable. Fabulous location ..

Der Kontakt vorab mit den Besitzern des Appartements war sehr angenehm, die Begrüßung vor Ort herzlich. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, besonders angenehm empfanden wir den Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, da die Parksituation vor Ort eher schwierig war. Das ganze Objekt ist in einem gepflegten Zustand, Hausmeister und Reinigungspersonal waren oft zu sehen. Auf Nachfrage konnten wir sogar erst später als angegeben auschecken. Es gibt einen fußläufig entfernten Supermarkt (Coviran) und mehrere Restaurants in der Nähe. Gut gefallen hat uns das El Rinconcillo Golf del Sur-100 Meter entfernt.

Die Poolnutzung in der Anlage von 10 - 19 Uhr fanden wir nicht ganz optimal, da wir gerne früh eine Runde schwimmen. Die Klimaanlage vom gegenüberliegenden Hotel ist schon relativ laut, gerade wenn man im Masterbedroom schläft. Von etwa 0:00 - 6:00 Uhr ist diese aus, was dann schon angenehmer ist.

Everything - fantastic facilities, location, very clean. Lovely views - watching the world go by at the front and seeing the sun rise out of the sea. Views of the pool, golf courses, volcano to the rear. Pool is great - lots of loungers and never too busy. Underground car park available. Huge TV in the lounge with all the English channels and football etc. There is a PlayStation. And a few board games too. Comfy beds. Full kitchen, with everything you need. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms and lounge. Washing machine was handy too. The apartment is so spacious. Very quiet - we were a little worried it would be noisy as there are restaurants below, but it wasn’t at all. Can highly recommend the Indian and pizza restaurants.

Hosts were amazing, super responsive and accommodating, agreeing to the change of plans due to our flight delays. Hosts speaking great English, responding through whatsapp to any questions. Apartment is great as well, very well equipped, large (combined of two actually!), nicely decorated. Has Playstation! (not sure if this a good thing :))

Both the building and the surroundings are rather made for "golfing old people". And I mean no disrespect. If your kids aren't "well behaved", and I mean boarding-school well behaved, you'll face being called out as "disrespectful" in an abrasive manner by the president of the owners' association . Pool hours are 10-7 (10 is late, frankly); if you show up 15 mns before, you're doomed. Your son throws gravelite stones into the palms and other gravelite stones and happens to hit a wall once or twice - you're doomed. Again, no disrespect, apartment is great, just be mindful of who you are and for whom it is best suited ;) No real beach in walking distance.
