We had a lovely stay. The location is great and the appartment ie clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the air conditioning, but Debbie got that fixed for us right away. :)

"Great apartment just 5 minutes walk from the Arenal."

Very clean, modern and well equipped. Safe location and private parking.

Balcony lost the sun by noon. Padel was being played until 11pm on one night.

"Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage in Xabia!"

Die Ausstattung dieser großen Wohnung ist hervorragend. Die Küche ist mit vielen Utensilien bestückt, selbst eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Man ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand und viele Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in Laufweite.

Die Paddel-Tennisplätze vorm Balkon sind sehr belebt und bieten eine entsprechende Geräuschkulisse bis spät abends. Es war recht kühl im Wohnzimmer.

"Prima appartement met goede keuken en douche, groot 2 persoons bed. Helaas in de woonkamer is het in de koude wintermaan"

Goede locatie, winkels dichtbij en het strand en de boulevard

Op het balkon kan je niet rustig zitten ivm padellen wat van 8.00 tot 23.00 continue doorgaat. Er zijn 9 banen. Veel geluid.

El piso es luminoso, está todo en perfecto estado y muy limpio. La cama era muy cómoda y Debbie es muy atenta y encantadora. Se nos olvidó algo de ropa en el armario y nos llamó rápidamente para enviárnosla por correo a nuestra casa.
