"Enjoyed the pool, disappointed with lack of supplies and view."

The building was good but unfinished. The pool was great and really appreciated. The rooms were new and clean.

About 30% of what was on the menu was not available. Supplies were very low. Also access to the property was difficult due to road construction and stairs. Went to Nagarkot for the view, but it was not available due to mist/smog. Smog is a big problem in and around Kathmandu.

Scenic landscape. Come during the rainy season because it is better than dry season. Design and layout is nice. Staffs are helpful and very welcoming. This hotel is a pretty new establishment. Yet to get it's final shape.

Fittings in bathroom are sub-standerd. Plumbing workmanship wasn't supervised. In triple bedrooms, double bed one's are only Twin XL in size. Too tight for two people to sleep there. There should be at least a single sofa in every room.
